2020 Pavement Management Program - Phase II

Project consists of the reconstruction/re-surfacing of fifteen (15) local streets. The project entails the following general quantities: Hot Mix Asphalt, Milling, 3" or less (50,965 S.Y), In Place Milling, (15,695 S.Y), Roadway Excavation, Unclassified (1,110 C.Y.), Hot Mix Asphalt, Surface Course, 12.5M64 (4,065 Tons), Hot Mix Asphalt, Surface Course, 9.5M64 (5,665 Tons), Hot Mix Asphalt, Base Course, 19M64 (880 Tons), D.G.A.B.C, 6" Thick (3,575 S.Y.), Reset Manhole Casting (78 Units), 6"x 9"x 20" Concrete Vertical Curb (4,440 L.F.), Mountable Concrete Curb (7,705 L.F.), Concrete Sidewalk, 4" Thick (700 S.Y.), 10" Perforated HDPE Pipe (5,505 L.F.), Concrete Driveway, Reinforced, 6" Thick (1,012 S.Y.), Type B Sump Inlet, Type 4-7-9 Curb Piece (26 Units), Reconstructed Inlets, Type B, New Casting (56 Units), Fertilizer, Topsoil, Seed & Mulch (4,065 S.Y.). Also included in this proposal are eight (8) alternate bids: Alternate 1 Street Tree removal, 12"-24" Diameter, (15 Units) 24"-36" Diameter, (40 Units). Alternate 2 Sterling Court Reconstruction: Hot Mix Asphalt, Milling, 3" or less (1,825 S.Y), Hot Mix Asphalt, Surface Course, 9.5M64 (250 Tons), 8" C900 PVC Water Main (580 L.F.), Curb Box & Service Connection (10 Units). Alternate 3 Rowan Court Reconstruction: Hot Mix Asphalt, Milling, 3" or less (2,200 S.Y), Hot Mix Asphalt, Surface Course, 9.5M64 (300 Tons), 8" C900 PVC Water Main (725 L.F.), Curb Box & Service Connection (15 Units). Alternate #4 Hebert Drive Water Main Installation: Hot Mix Asphalt, Base Course, 19M64 (110 Tons), 8" C900 PVC Water Main (925 L.F.), Curb Box and Service Connection (20 Units). Alternate 5 Lorraine Court Reconstruction: Hot Mix Asphalt, Milling, 3" or less (2,000 S.Y), Hot Mix Asphalt, Surface Course, 9.5M64 (270 Tons), 8" C900 PVC Water Main (550 L.F.), Curb Box & Service Connection (11 Units), Alternate 6 DPW Parking Lot Renovation: Roadway Excavation, Unclassified (600 C.Y.), Hot Mix Asphalt, Surface Course, 12.5M64 (600 Tons), Hot Mix Asphalt, Base Course, 19M64 (370 Tons), D.G.A.B.C, 6" Thick (1,200 S.Y.), 6"x 9"x 20" Concrete Vertical Curb (900 L.F.), 18" Ductile Iron Storm Sewer Pipe (172 L.F.), Type B Inlet (2 Units). Alternate 7 DPW Maintenance Yard Paving: Hot Mix Asphalt, Milling, 3" or less (5,200 S.Y), Hot Mix Asphalt, Surface Course, 12.5M64 (650 Tons). Alternate 8 Nielsen & TCC Parking Deck Paving: Hot Mix Asphalt, Milling, 3" or less (3,885 S.Y), Hot Mix Asphalt, Surface Course, 9.5M64 (475 Tons).
