RFP Design - Piedmont Triad Farmers Market - Moose Cafe Renovation

Design, bidding, construction administration, and closeout services for renovation of an operational 7,100 SF restaurant located at the Piedmont Triad Farmers Market. Renovation will include replacement of 30-year-old metal roof, all new windows, doors, siding, interior wall coverings and insulation. Restrooms will be gutted and refurbished with new fixtures. Floor coverings will be replaced. All existing HVAC will be replaced as will all hood vents and other mechanical ventilation systems in the kitchen. Wiring and plumbing will be updated to meet current code. Grading will be done around the existing building to drain storm water away from the building. In order to offer architectural, engineering, or landscape architectural services in response to this solicitation, the proposing firm must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina.
