El Paso Zoo Service Road- Veterinary Clinic

The scope of works consists on mobilization and demobilization, removal and disposal of existing asphalt and concrete pavement/sidewalk as noted on plans. Addition of concrete valley gutter swale, furnish and install asphaltic concrete pavement with turndowns as per plans and specifications, saw cut existing concrete where designated on plans, protect trees to remain, adjust utilities as necessary. As well as the addition of rock wall, flume, pond, wheel stops and various items relevant to project. Egress and ingress into buildings along the road will be available at all times during the project. Animal living conditions will supersede any work to be done and will at all times be coordinated with the work on the project. Work will be done in phases in order to provide access at all times to vet and zoo staff. The phases are depicted in the plans as is: 1. Grade entire project with access to each building maintained at all times 2. Subgrade prep and concrete swale placement 3. North paving area placement 4. South paving area placement 5. East and West paving areas.
