PW 1405 Concord Drive Improvements

The Work specified in the “Scope of Services” generally includes improvements to Concord Drive and other areas in its vicinity. Work includes but is not limited to: maintenance of traffic, clearing and grubbing, excavation, embankment, road base installation, asphalt paving, microsurfacing, sidewalk, curb, concrete driveway aprons, inlets, storm pipes, brick pavers, articulating concrete block, pipebursting, landscaping, irrigation, and pavement markings. Work includes all required Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) following FDOT standard specifications and all necessary Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Best Management Practices (BMPs) required by local jurisdictions. All pedestrian facilities shall adhere to current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. The CONTRACTOR for this Project must perform at least fifty-five percent (55%) of the work with its own forces.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
