Tree and Shrub Planting 2021

The Village reserves the right to delete some of the trees depending upon the prices bid and available funds. The trees will be planted at designated locations within the Village of Garden City as specified by the Village Parks Supervisor. The Contractor shall be responsible for locating all underground sprinkler systems, utility lines including traffic conduits, and/or Long Island Power Authority (LIPA) installations. Also, the Contractor shall be responsible for repairing all damage to utilities and Cable TV. Contractor is responsible for contacting all utilities and cable TV for repair purposes. All underground sprinkler systems, if damaged, will be repaired on the same day damage occurs. 2. Note: The Garden City Union Free School District may purchase separate trees in addition to those listed above.
