Repair Airfield Lighting Controls

5.1 Contractor shall provide and install new desktop PC (Windows 10) in Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) Cab. PC shall control all lighting functions (taxiways and runway). 5.2 Contractor shall provide and install new PC in PLC Panel in ATCT electrical room. PC shall control all lighting functions (taxiways and runway). 5.3 Contractor shall upgrade all controls software applications on both PC workstations. 5.4. Contractor shall provide programming and controls configuration as necessary to ensure a complete and usable lighting controls system. 5.5. Contractor shall provide testing & commissioning documentation showing a fully functional controls system. 5.6. Contractor shall return to Government all items removed/replaced. 5.7. Contractor shall report all contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for the 167th Airlift Wing COR, Major Emerson Slack, via a secure data collection site.
