| Description | Project involves construction of three new structures totaling 36 new Faculty Housing Units. 24 of these are proposed to be two bedroom units and 12 units are proposed to be one bedroom units. Each two bedroom unit is approximately 1,250 SF including common area and each one bedroom unit is approximately 900 SF including common area. Each building is proposed to be three stories tall with centrally located common staircases for independent access to each unit. Each unit is designed with independent heating and air conditioning systems.
