Davis Park Expansion

The purpose of this bid is to solicit pricing from interested and qualified vendors for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and any other items necessary to construct a 200’ x 440’(88,000 square foot (sq. ft.)) multi-use athletic field at Davis Park located at 210 Davis Park Road, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081. This project shall include, but is not limited to: the construction of the multi-use athletic field with an underdrain system, building of a restroom, clearing, grading, swale construction, water/sewer/reuse water connections, plumbing, lift station, asphalt paving with curb & gutter and striping, concrete sidewalks, landscape, irrigation, fencing, and any other work shown on the plans, provided herein. The scope of services consists of performance of construction, management of construction, and all cleanup. There will be two bid alternates. The first bid alternate, which will be deductive, shall include eliminating the portion of a sidewalk. The second Bid Alternate will be for a 2- stall restroom for both men and women (approximately 400 sq. ft.) in lieu of the smaller 180 sq. ft. restroom, and consists of an additional 126 sq. ft. covered open porch.
