The City of Farmington (City) is requesting proposals from suppliers (Bidders) for Professional Operation, Maintenance and Management Services for water and wastewater systems owned by the City. The purpose of this RFP is to encourage Offerors to describe and detail their creative, cost-competitive abilities to provide the best possible solutions for the efficient, safe and environmentally responsible operation, maintenance and management of the City's facilities and systems. Facilities include raw water storage and pumping, water treatment, and treated water storage, transmission and distribution facilities; and wastewater collection, pumping and treatment facilities. No Bidder/Offeror may rely upon oral responses made by any City employee or any representative of the City. The only approved contact must be with purchasing staff. Offerors requesting access to recorded site visits will be required to complete a Confidentiality and Terms of Use Agreement in advance of receiving videos. These videos will be available at any time while the solicitation period is open.
