Description

This project consists of participating in the construction of a regional lift station which will provide sewer service to areas south of Bradshaw Mountain Road (south of Quailwood Meadows) along Highway 69, and along the north side of Highway 169, west of the Agua Fria River. It is anticipated that development along this corridor will ultimately fund this lift station. As of August 30, 2022, this project is included in the City of Prescott Valley FY 2022-2027 Budget CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
