Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. The project involves the replacement of approximately 635-linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, replacement of laterals and associated restoration Clarification Deadline: 5/27/2022 5:00 PM For each day so certified, the Contractor shall credit the Owner the sum of $500.00 dollars for each and every calendar day
