| Description | **As of August 2, 2022, project was awarded to Michigan Paving and materials. awarded amount is $426,018.75 ($426,019)** The intent of the Plans, Specifications, and Contract is to provide for the substantial and acceptable completion of all Work shown on the Plans or specified herein or otherwise required by the Contract documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and necessary supplies and shall perform all operations required to complete the Work ready for use.
