| Description | Furnish and install a 75 gallon water heater. Heaters shall be installed in the Hamel Building. Installation shall include: 1. Remove existing damaged water heater. 2.Clear the way around the subject water heater by dismantling the 3" intake and outtake, power vent pipes, all obstacles in the way. Empty the water heater through the floor drain. 3. Disconnect all gas and water supply to the water heaters room. Remove the damaged water heater, and salvage to reuse the Intelli Vent regulator. Supply and install new water heater similar to existing Rheem-Rudd or equivalent. Commission the water heater. Add a disconnect valve to the intake 1 1/2" water supply. | ||
