| Description | The City of Benton, KY will receive sealed proposals for city wide residential solid waste collection . Proposals are requested for a three (3) year or a five (5) year contract with a five (5) year option to renew. The City of Benton reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Pursuant to KRS 45A.490 to 45A.494 a resident bidder of the Commonwealth of Kentucky shall be given preference over a nonresident bidder registered in another state that gives or requires a preference to bidders from that state. Any preference shall be equal to the preference given or required by the State of the nonresident bidder |
