The e-mail submission subject line shall state the "IFB 22-MX-GR-001 Bid Submission". The body of the email shall contain the Name and Phone Number of the Contact for the IFB Bid Document. The Procurement Officer will contact all contractors that submitted a timely bid immediately after the Noon closing time for the document password, if needed. The Bidder's Contact shall provide the password to the Procurement Officer upon request or their Bid may be determined non-responsive. A bid summary will be issued ASAP.
