Description

As of January 3,2023, this project has been put on hold by the owner. Plans call for the construction of a NCAA-compliant soccer field, 8-lane track, and 8 tennis courts. Plans also include the construction of storage buildings and a building for training/rehabilitation, lockers, and restrooms. Please make sure and break out all proposals by the following: Base Bid Breakouts: Sitework Athletics Building Track & Field (including track storage building) Soccer Field (including soccer storage building) Tennis Courts (this will be provided as a deductive alternate to remove it from the base bid scope per the documents) Please also include any Value Engineering items you can think of with your proposal! The owner is a nonprofit organization and the State of Texas Controller of Public Accounts has ruled that materials and equipment incorporated into the project are exempt from the payment of sales tax. To be considered for a contract, each proposal must submit and / or update the subcontractor qualification for accessible at http://bccenter.bartlettcocke.com/subcontractors/qualification_form Please DO NOT submit this with your proposal. **PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE OWNER NOR ARCHITECT DIRECTLY** Proposers shall promptly notify the construction manager, in writing, of any error, ambiguity or inconsistency discovered upon examination of the proposal documents.
