This Request for Proposals (RFP) solicits consultants to provide professional services to complete final engineering for the R Street and 29th/30th Street Crossings Project (project). This includes Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) for civil and electrical improvements, and utility relocations if deemed necessary. The project is in the City of Sacramento at the intersections of R Street at 29th Street and R Street at 30th Street, as exhibited in Attachment A and further detailed in Section II of this document.
