Description DCAMM Certification Required. Furnish and install appropriate sized air conditioning system on existing furnaces while using existing duct work. Work to include all refrigeration piping, duct work modifications, electrical work by licensed electrician, permits, thermostat, and all other necessary work and materials. 1. Install (1) new 4MXS36 Daikin 17 seer mini split heat pump system with (1) Multi zone outdoor condenser and (3) FTXS12 indoor Daikin wall mounted heads providing space temperature control with hand held remote controllers. 2. Place indoor heads on 3 walls inside rainforest areas and outdoor condenser on ground on side of building on stand. 3. Hammer drill through wall of where the indoor units are going and run all new line sets, drain lines, and control wiring along roof to where condenser will be located on ground. 4. Install new power supply disconnect, power whip for outdoor condenser and run new main power wiring to new condenser from existing main power panel. 5. Supply a (1) year parts and labor warranty on work performed and units come with a factory warranty of (12) years on parts. 6. Install metal covering to go over indoor units to keep irrigation water out.
