Description

Work covered by the Base Bid includes: replacement of the HVAC system in the gymnasium. Demolition work consists of: removal and legal disposal of the existing: condensing units and their concrete pads, chain link fencing, unit heaters, relief vents, air handling units, sidewall exhaust fans, thermostats, exterior metal stairs, exterior hollow metal doors and frame, creating new opening in existing masonry wall. New work consists of: provision and installation of new: RTUs on grade, thru-wall ductwork and grilles, metal ductwork jacketing, fabric ductwork, exterior gas lines, chain link fencing, new fire alarm panel, concrete equipment pads, steel lintels at new masonry openings, masonry infill at existing door opening, painting
