Job Order Contract for Citywide Civil/Site Work

Contract with two (2) or more professionally qualified Job Order Contract (JOC) Contractors (“Contractor”) to provide civil/site work, and related services, on an as needed basis at various project locations throughout the City of Scottsdale. The work under this contract will be accomplished under individual Job Orders. The scope of work will vary with each Job Order. Job Order Citywide Civil/Site Work construction services may include but are not limited to: • Earthwork: site rough and finish grading • Complete or partial roadway construction • New asphalt paving, including mill and overlay • Asphalt resurfacing, micro surfacing, slurry seals • Stamped, painted and thermoplastic decorative asphalt • Concrete removal and/or placement, sidewalks, valley gutters, curbs • Install and/or relocate guardrails, handrails, road side barriers • Bikeways, multi-use paths: concrete, granite, natural materials • Traffic signage, striping, markings, symbols, barricades • Install and/or relocate traffic signal poles, mast arms, and control equipment • Install and/or relocate or remove loop detectors and detection equipment • Minor electric line installation and relocation • Install and/or remove, storm water pipes, culverts, channels, headwalls, catch basins • Minor wet and/or dry utility installation, relocation and adjustments • Replacement and/or construction of underground pipelines • Minor landscaping, irrigation systems and controls • Structural concrete base placement for Memorials and Public Art • Erosion Repairs (fill, rock boulders, grading).

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
