Description

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is issuing a solicitation for providing, installing, programming, and commissioning of additional access control equipment to the existing Honeywell ProWatch security system for the Juvenile Fish Facility at Little Goose Lock and Dam in Dayton, Washington, including all wiring, conduit, card readers, and door equipment according to the requirements listed in the Technical Specifications. This is a firm-fixed price supply contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 561621, with a Small Business Size Standard of $23M as determined by 13 CFR 121.104. Competition for this requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers received from other than small business offerors will not be considered. When available, the solicitation documents for this project W912EF23Q0064 will be provided via SAM https://www.sam.gov on or around 8 May 2023. Please do not submit a quote without the solicitation package that will be provided to industry by the Government as specified above. The solicitation will be a Request for Quote (RFQ). The official quotation due date will be contained in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be issued. Full Technical Specifications will be provided during Solicitation. Submittals shall include copy of system drawings, manufactures catalog cutouts, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manual, specification sheets and warranty. All work at Little Goose is anticipated to be complete by the end of the fiscal year of contract award unless there are extenuating circumstances regarding manufactures lead times for materials. All work shall be completed within four weeks after Contractor arrives on site to start work unless there are extenuating circumstances regarding manufacturers lead times for materials.
