Description	Architect and Engineering Services to reroute the existing inmate transport tunnel around the vacated Law Enforcement Center (LEC) located at 401 West Sycamore Street, demolish the LEC, and build a new two-story building of approximately 35,000 square feet with basement storage and parking for the Sheiff's Admin offices on the LEC Site. 1. Provide design development for the program elements listed above. 2. Provide basic architectural/engineering services as defined in Guilford County’s standard architectural contract resulting in designs that can be advertised for bid. 3. May (or intend to) require Construction Administration and Closeout services. 4. Guilford County may seek additional services in the contract.
