This is a closed bid and bids will not be read aloud. A period time for vetting the bids and ranking will be completed by Monday, August 8, 2022, at which time a recommendation to the Commissioners Court will be made and all bidders notified of bid rankings. The date and time of the bid shall be clearly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope. No bids will be accepted after 4:00 p.m. on the date of the submission. If staff does not hear from any proposers, the site visit will not occur.
