Mayor and City Council reserve the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality not material to the bid and to award the contract as may be deemed to the best interest of the City of Altoona. MATERIALS Installation of the chain link fence shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following: o 72" high, 9-gauge galvanized steel chain link fabric with 2" mesh and knuckled top and bottom selvage. o 2" dia. x 66" high schedule 40 galvanized steel terminal (corner) post o 1" dia. x 66" high schedule 40 galvanized steel line post o 1" dia. x 66" high schedule 40 galvanized steel top rail o Class "A" Concrete for footers for terminal (corner) and line posts located out of sidewalk area. Together with all necessary appurtenances, installed, complete in place
