In performing the duties under the terms of this contract the Contractor is, by extension, representing the Departments work force for the areas and assets specified in this contract. Unless otherwise specifically stated, all maintenance activities within the limits of this contract are to be performed by the Contractor. The roadways, structures, and facilities included in the scope of this contract are as follows: This project includes all sections and sub sections of State Road Corridors identified in RFP & Scope of Service in Martin County, excluding US1, A1A, and I-95. Project includes Park & Ride located SR 714 Martin Highway and Turnpike Interchange Performance bond: A Contract / Performance bond is required for this project. Award of this contract is contingent upon Annual Legislative Budget Approval of Future Fiscal Year funds. Lump Sum - award and bond based on bid amount.
