Pepper Ridge Water System Replacement Improvements Project

The Project consists of the installation of approximately 2,050 LF of 6-inch and 2,225 LF of 10-inch water lines and associate valves, 75 water meters, pits, and service lines, connection to existing waterline, maintenance of traffic and other miscellaneous related work as indicated within the contract documents. Work includes furnishing all equipment, material, and labor for the work described in the contract document drawings and specifications. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids on this contract and will not be subject to discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin or sex in consideration of this award. All Contractors are required to adhere to the State of Delaware M/WBE requirements for M/WBE participation. All Bidders must use to the greatest extent feasible minority, women, and/or disadvantaged businesses and will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in considering businesses for subcontracting and/or material/equipment supplies. This project is subject to State of Delaware Prevailing Wage Rates and Davis-Bacon Wage Rate requirements as stated in the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The right is reserved as the interest of Pepper Ridge Mobile Home Park may appear, to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in bids received, and to accept or reject any items of any bid.
