2020 Sports Complex Tree

Furnish, deliver and install a privacy hedge across a 340 foot berm to separate the new Goffstown Sports Complex and Goffstown Transfer Station / DPW facility located at 404 Elm St. Goffstown, NH. 1. All trees must be balled-and-burlapped. 2. Trees shall be installed with starterfertilizer. 3. Trees will be installed in an area subjectto wind. Therefore, all treesshall be professionally staked and secured to prevent blow down until root growth is established. 4. All trees shall have a 4’ diameter mulch ring around the base of each tree. Town to select color of mulch. 5. All trees shall come with a 1-year full replacement warranty/guarantee from the date of install. 6. Compost / loam shall be added around each tree to amend the soil a minimumof 2’ around each root ball. 7. The contractor shall conduct the first watering after the tree installation. 8. Installation of trees shall occur during the optimal growing season, not in the heat of the summer.
