Description | Owner of this project, is receiving sealed bids from interested Trade Contractors for the BBCHS HVAC Upgrades. The Construction Manager for this project is Johnson Downs Construction Company, Inc. The Architect for this project is Bright Architecture, Inc.. The Act requires contractors and subcontractors to pay laborers, workers and mechanics performing services on public works projects no less than the prevailing rate of wages (hourly cash wages plus fringe benefits) in the county where the work is being performed. For information regarding current prevailing wage rates, electronically. All contractors and subcontractors rendering services under this contract must comply with all requirements of the Act, including but not limited to, all wage, notice and record keeping duties. Bid security in the form of a bid bond in an amount equal to (10%) of the base bid is required from all Bidders. Guarantee Bonds in the form of a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to (100%) of the bid will be required from the awarded Bidders. The work will be done in accordance with the Contract Documents. FAILRE TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS INVITATION TO BID WILL RESULT IN THE DISQUALIFICATION OF THE BIDDER. - BBCHS Dist. No 307 reserves the right to reject any or all bids. This invitation is issued in the name of BBCHS Dist. No. 307. All information submitted as part of this process shall be considered public information under the State Freedom of Information Act unless specifically disclosed on the applicable information by Bidder. Challenges to such exemptions shall be defended solely by the Bidder. |
