Storm Drainage Replacement - Hardeeville Campus

Remove approximately 4,000 LF of failing corrugated plastic pipe storm drain lines (as indicated) and replace with reinforced concrete pipe and drainage structures, Remove and replace asphalt and concrete paving to provide access to the lines, Clear existing lines that remain of soil and debris, Import topsoil and fine grade to promote positive drainage on site. The Notice to Proceed is projected to be issued May 2023 for work starting June 2023. Proposers are not to contact the Owner or Architect directly. All inquiries are to be made to Todd Weiss with M. The Owner shall award contracts to businesses who hire without regard to race, religion, color, creed, national origin, sex, age or handicapping condition. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any technicalities. No proposals will be received nor will any proposer be allowed to withdraw a proposal after the closing hour.
