Description | As of November 14, 2022, the project has been awarded and construction is expected to commence in December, 2022. Scope of Work: This 24-hour operating fire station will be approximately 10,740 square feet in size and will include 4 apparatus bays, living and sleeping quarters for 5 personnel, a small public vestibule, and commensurate working areas for personnel. The estimated cost range for this project is $7,000,000 - $7,300,000. The bids shall include all Work pursuant to the Drawings and Project Manuals, and Addenda as may be issued prior to bid opening date. Part 2: HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical subcontractor work listings. Shortly after 12:00 PM, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
