Florence Boulevard and Trekell Road Intersection Improvements

Scope of Work: The Florence Boulevard & Trekell Road Intersection Improvements project generally consists of the installation of new traffic signals and geometric intersection improvements. The major items of work include: 1. Removal, equipment salvage, and disposal of the existing traffic signals 2. Traffic signal poles, foundations, mast arms, traffic signal heads/faces, ped signal heads, illuminated street name signs, and LED luminaires 3. Pedestrian push buttons and signs 4. Video detection system and emergency vehicle detection system 5. Electric conduit, conductors, and pull boxes 6. Traffic signal controller, cabinet , and foundation 7. Electric meter pedestal, cabinet , and foundation 8. Power supply with battery back up 9. Sawcut , pavement removal , and asphalt milling 10. Asphalt pavement (5”) on aggregate base course (10”) 11. Asphalt overlay (2”) 12. Construct curb and gutter sections and valley gutter sections 13. Sidewalk curb ramps 14. Sidewalk and driveway pavement 15. Temporary painted pavement markings, white & yellow 16. Thermoplastic pavement markings, white 17. Sign Installation 18. Fire hydrant relocation 19. Utility fixture adjustments 20. Restore disturbed landscaping and irrigation systems 21. Traffic control and mobilization 22. Other miscellaneous and contingent items of work.
