The City makes no warranty that record drawings for all existing improvements are available or accurate. The City will provide copies of City's available record drawings and specifications for the Bakersfield Police Department. The City will provide all services required to plan, supervise, monitor and finance the project except for those services to be provided by the DESIGN/BUILD TEAM as set forth herein above.
