Description

the City of Palms Springs is requesting proposals from qualified firms for RFP 02-23 Navigation Center Construction Manager at Risk Services Project 22-05. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The scope of work will consist of providing the City with Construction Manager at Risk Services for the City's Navigation Center. The scope of work will consist of preconstruction and construction services for this new facility. FUNDING: Please note this project will be funded through a Homekey grant and therefore this solicitation and the subsequent contract will be subject to the federal funding requirements, including but not limited to, those outlined in 2 CFR Part 200. The receiving time date stamp in Planetbids will be the governing time for acceptability of received bids. Late proposals will not be accepted.
