| Description | The Renaissance South Business Park Owners Association, Inc. (hereinafter the "Owners Association") is soliciting bids from qualified companies who can provide trained, qualified and licensed service personnel, a minimum of two 1-ton 4 wheel drive pick- up trucks with 8' plow and salt spreader (collectively, the "Service") to facilitate snow removal as required/requested at specified areas located in the Renaissance South Business Park for a term of three years with two one-year optional extensions at the sole option of the Owners Association.
