Description

Provide professional consulting design services to complete site plan, conduct community participation meetings, design, permitting, bidding assistance, and construction engineering inspections for the construction of a 50 acre lake and/or dry retention area(s), a 30 acres wetland, and an upland with a passive education center and passive amenities. The intention of the drainage design is to maximize runoff storage to the adjacent communities. The selected consultant shall assess the most feasible design option to minimize the hauling and disposal of soil from the site i.e. grading/berming the site through the use of on-site soil.
