Description

Engineering Firm to provide design services for the complete design of a replacement for the Eastbound Kellogg Boulevard Bridge No. 90378 over Exchange Street, RiverCentre Loading Dock Road and Mississippi River Bluff. The replacement, rehabilitation or new construction of associated approach roadways, retaining walls, Exchange Street Viaduct and the Kellogg Boulevard intersections at parking ramps and Washington Street. Intersection designs shall include traffic signal rehabilitation or replacement.
