Installation of 86 Toilets for Maxi-C Unît

Sealed bids for the installation of 86 Willoughby Centered Combi Sink/Toilet Fixture Units already purchased and on site (see scope of work). This job will need to be completed in two stages. Our on-site maintenance staff will have an area prepped for installation. This Invitation for Response covers: The installation of 86 toilets in the Maxi C unit as required by specifications (see page 10) ofthe Worcester County Sheriffs Office. The obligation ofthe Worcester County Sheriffs Office to comply with the provisions ofthis contract is subject to the availability of appropriations forthe purpose. The scope of work shall consist of furnishing all labor, necessary materials, tools, and equipment for the installation of 86 new toilets already purchased and on site (see specifications for details). This job will need to be completed in two stages. Our on-site maintenance staff will have an area prepped for installation. Any measurements needed and questions will be addressed at the mandatory bid meeting on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 @ 11:30 AM in the Fisher Conference Room. Salvage of existing parts and materials for use on installation of new toilets. Maxi-C Unit is located at 5 Paul X. Tivnan Drive, West Boylston, MA 01583 Requirements: Must be a licensed plumber with a minimum of 5 years' experience and must provide warranties for workmanship. Must be in good standing business for a minimum of 5 years. Must have the ability to work in small spaces. Work will follow all regulations set forth by OSHA, DEP, EPA, ASTM, and the Massachusetts Dept, of Labor and Workforce Development.
