Description

Plans call for the construction of a series of buildings to be used as off-campus student housing. The buildings will be comprised of two-unit (duplex) and four-unit (quad) attached 2-story wood framed buildings as well as a stand-alone community clubhouse/property management office/fitness room as well as outdoor swimming pool and pool deck and a separate stand-alone maintenance building. There will be 166 residential units (538 beds) in a mix of three & four-bedroom unit configurations. Approximately 507 surface parking spaces will be included on this 55 plus acre site. As of January 25, 2023, contracts have yet to be signed and a firm construction timeline has not been identified.
