Empty waste bins in all spaces. Sweep all common area hard floors and as necessary perform spot mopping/wiping tremove minor stains. Clean glass doors and windows as needed at entrances/exits, kitchen area and lobby area. Replace tissue, towels, soap and toiletries as needed. Clean/sanitize restrooms tinclude urinals, toilets, counters, sinks, faucets and mirrors Clean kitchen/break area tinclude countertops, dining table, chairs and sink. Replace paper towels as needed. Sweep/vacuum entrance mat(s) at main entrance Sweep/clear area immediately near main entrance Vacuum twsmall conference rooms Dust hard non-floor surfaces in lobby/main entrance and vacuum small conference room floors as needed Vacuum Executive Directors office Vacuum carpeted individual office spaces (Please propose this item as an optional service with price.
