Description

From qualified firms interested in providing parking and driveway improvements, including concrete construction-related services at the PHT facility at 145 S River St, Hot Springs, SD. The IFB respondent(s) must include the following: the entire cost of equipment, materials, and labor for the removal/disposal of the existing concrete pavement and installation of the BASE BID concrete parking lot improvements of approx. 3780 square feet of a concrete parking lot and drainage improvements. A one-year installer s warranty as described in the IFB s Inspection, Warranty, and Service requirement must be provided. The completed project will be due for completion and delivery on/before September 30, 2023. The PHT Transportation Facility Coordinator will make a recommendation to the (full) PHT Board of Directors on/before October 11, 2022, for the selection of a qualified, responsive Contractor for this work. Facility inspection/questions should be directed to Keith Hepper of PHT at 605-642-6668 or kepper@prairiehillstransit.com No bid shall be withdrawn after the filing time without the written consent of Prairie Hills Transit of South Dakota (PHT) for a period of thirty (30) days after the filing time. PHT reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities or technicalities in bidding, and accept the bid that is to the advantage of, and in the best interest of PHT.
