| Description | The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The City of Harrogate does not discriminate based on race, color or national origin in federal or state sponsored programs, pursuant to Title VI of the City Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d) Scope of work will include removal of all existing buildings and foundations, any post removal backfill, and temporary erosion and sediment control measures as necessary. Bids shall include transportation and removal of all debris. Bids will be opened and awarded at the regular BMA meeting that evening at 6:00 PM. |
