Contract for Pressure Washing and Painting

Pressure Washing and Painting of City Facilities introduced in this solicitation. The buildings are the City’s Warehouse, Fleet, Sanitation and Electric Buildings, all located on Bayard Drive. PURPOSE Pressure Wash and Rinse with Hot Water the Exterior of Four Maintenance Buildings to remove all Mold, Mildew, Bird Dropping to Prep for Scraping and Painting of Buildings. This includes, Gas Pump Canopy, Loading Docks, Roll Up Doors, Bay Doors and Connecting Storage Building. PREP •Prep and Scrap exterior building removing loose and peeling paint from buildings. •Apply primer to buildings and repair damage area with sealant or prep solutions as needed to all areas of the exteriors. PAINT •Final coat of Paint should match as close as possible to the exterior paint of the Sanitation Building across from the street on Bayard. •The Painting should include all exterior walls of the four buildings including, loading docks, gas pump areas and canopy, storage buildings located at the back. •Paint all entry doors, windows and replace screens, paint window and door frames. Include any rollup doors and bay doors on either of the buildings.
