Description | **As of August 22, 2022, this project has been awarded.** The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a firm to provide construction of Russell Street Improvements as described in the plans and specifications - This contract requires storm sewer, minor water main, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete drive approaches, concrete paving, bituminous paving and landscaping work on Third and Mosley streets. Subgrade Undercutting, Type IIB 6 inch, Wrapped Underdrain Curb and Gutter, Conc, AA Det SD-R-1, Special Sidewalk, Concrete, 4 inch, Special Sidewalk Ramp, Concrete, 6 inch, Special Irrigation Systems, Protection and Maintenance Drive Approach, Conc, 6 inch, NonReinf, P-NC 6 inch Water Main, Abandon RCP, Sewer, C76, CL-IV, 12 inch, Tr Det Adjust Monument Box or Gate Valve Box Cercis Canadensis, 6 Foot Clump Pedestrian Type II Barricade, Pedestrian Path, Pedestrian Ramp, Minor Traffic Devices, Traffic Regulator Control Erosion Control, Inlet Filter Sewer, Any Size or Depth, Dr Structure, Any Size or Depth, Curb and Gutter, Any Type or Size, Sidewalk and Ramps, Remove Sft Driveway Approach, Remove Sft Pavement, Remove Syd Machine Grading, Modified, Russell Sidewalk Grading Ft Sidewalk Ramp Grading This is a Federally funded project.
