The proposed development includes an 87,636 square foot single story building. Systems and scope listed herein are based upon decisions made during the Schematic Design phase and are to be finalized as the project moves through Design Development and Construction Documents. This building will also include EMA office and storage space, the solid waste department, and records management office space.
