Summerlea Drive Sewer Main Replacement

Work to be performed under these Contract Documents is generally described as follows: Summerlea Drive Sewer Main Replacement includes the construction of approximately 458 linear feet of new 36-inch DIP sanitary sewer along Smith Branch Creek near the intersection of Summerlea Drive (S-376) and Sunset Drive (SC-16). The new sanitary sewer line will connect to existing Manhole 15596 and end at existing Manhole 15598. The project includes one (1) new manhole; installing riser sections, cementitious liner, and new flat top lids and water tight access hatches on three (3) existing manholes; crossing through Smith Branch; extending an existing 4-inch PVC gray water line; embankment stabilization; temporary sanitary sewer flow control, erosion control, accessories and other associated appurtenances.
