Description

8(a) Set-Aside for the VA American Lake Phase 2 Site Development project includes demolition and hazardous materials abatement of five (5) existing buildings, existing parking area and underground utilities. The work also includes but is not limited to construction grading, pavements, utilities, lighting, and landscaping for a 650-vehicle parking lot and 1000 feet of two lane roadway. Utilities will include drainage, sanitary sewer, watermain, electrical, telecommunication, steam and geothermal.
