HVAC System for the Surgical Department Suite

Replacement of (2) existing rooftop mounted O.R. air handling units, reconfigure chilled water and heating water piping connections to new O.R. air handling units, heating water piping connection to existing boiler system, HVAC equipment controls connection to control panel, reconfigure chilled water piping to connect new chiller, new concrete pad mounted air cooled chiller unit at ground level for N+1 redundancy, new chilled water piping and controls to connect redundant chiller, new chilled water pumps, (3) replacement steam humidifiers, ductwork and grille modifications serving ED Triage, ED7, ED8, ED Decon, EVS Soiled Utility, Med Surg 11, & ICU Soiled Utility. Provide and install new Bacnet control panel, workstation, web based graphical user interface software for monitoring and control of chilled water system, air handling units 12,13,14, and all associated control points. Electrical Systems shall include HVAC equipment power distribution from emergency stand-by power for new O.R. air handling units, chillers, pumps, and humidifiers.
