Grounds Maintenance Services, West Thompson Lake, Thompson (N. Grosvenordale), CT: Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to mow and trim approximately four and six tenths (4.6) acres of fine lawn weekly; mow and trim approximately eleven and one tenth (11.1) acres of semi-fine lawn every other week; mow and trim approximately thirteen and four tenths (13.4) acres of rough grass once a month; provide spring and fall cleanup around the project at the West Thompson Dam. Provide all labor, equipment, materials and transportation necessary to perform US Army Corps of Engineers boundary marking at West Thompson Dam which includes: locating, marking, and clearing brush along approximately four (4) miles of USACE property boundary line.
