*Contract Award Date: Aug 22, 2022 Contract Award Number: 12405B22P0334 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: G53FT9JNFMZ1 Contractor Awarded Name: WEBCO ENTERPRISES LLC Contractor Awarded Address: Aberdeen, MS 39730-2162 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $47872.50 The objective of this Project is to excavate existing soil, furnish/install compacted Crushed Limestone, pour 14' x 15' x 12" Concrete Slab at 4000 PSI with welded wire fabric, and Furnish/Install Aluminum Canopy. Drawings are provided below. This project is in on the South Side of Bldg. #28 at USDA Cotton Ginning Laboratory, located at 111 Experiment Station Road in Stoneville, MS. This Solicitation is a Request for Quote, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures, for a firm fixed priced construction purchase order. The USDA ARS requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to furnish and install concrete slab and aluminum canopy at the location specified by site personnel in a length of 14' x 15' at the USDA, ARS, Cotton Ginning Laboratory, located at 111 Experiment Station Road, Stoneville, MS. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings, and specifications contained in the solicitation documents. A site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, July 27th at 10:00 AM CST, please contact Mr. Scott Feutz at (662) 686-3072 or Mr. Roger Bright at (662) 390-6126 if there are any issues. Participants will meet at: USDA-ARS, Cotton Ginning Laboratory 111 Experiment Station Road, Bldg. 28 Stoneville, MS 38776 For the site visit, we ask the following: The names of any visitors, and whether or not they are US citizens (if not, they should bring a passport). Quote must be received not later than 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time Wednesday, August 10, 2022.
