Description

This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall remove, reinstall and reconnect the existing fully functional Fire Alarm System (FAS) and Personal Alarm System (PAS). The Contractor will be compensated in accordance with the service rates specified on Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall include all labor, design, engineering, equipment, parts, devices, materials, tools, installation, supervision, inspection, training, licenses, permits, insurance, bonds, transportation, travel and per diem and every other item of expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Inmate/Ward Labor (IWL) Program, California State Prison-Sacramento (SAC), located at 100 Prison Road, Represa, California 96127.
